From humble beginnings in 2013, Rogue Bistro has evolved through many eras, most recently establishing ourselves as a destination known for our rotating degustation menu. Our intention has always been simple: to offer an inviting, welcoming approach to fine dining, offering thoughtful food executed with precision.

Rogue Bistro and The Refinery were created by owner-operators and husband-and-wife duo Dan and Rach Myers. Alongside our General Manager, Sione Manu, and Head Chef, Cam Mcleod, we have a curated a unique dining experience that offers innovative and exciting menus, genuine hospitality and knowledgable service — an experience that stands apart to others of our kind.

Go Rogue this winter

Winter Dego Menu | $120pp

The heaters are out, the habachi grill is firing and our Winter Dego Menu is here for the vibes 'til the end of July. She's bold, comforting and just the right amount of indulgent — think truffle mushroom soup, smoked duck breast and wagyu brisket...!
