From humble beginnings in 2013, Rogue Bistro has evolved through many eras, most recently establishing ourselves as a destination known for our rotating degustation menu. Our intention has always been simple: to offer an inviting, welcoming approach to fine dining, offering thoughtful food executed with precision.

Rogue Bistro and The Refinery were created by owner-operators and husband-and-wife duo Dan and Rach Myers. Alongside our General Manager, Sione Manu, and Head Chef, Cam Mcleod, we have a curated a unique dining experience that offers innovative and exciting menus, genuine hospitality and knowledgable service — an experience that stands apart to others of our kind.

Celebrating Autumn with Queensland's best

March Dego Menu | $120pp

Our March menu embraces the changing season with a perfect balance of fresh, earthy, and herbaceous flavours.

Highlights include a delicate North Queensland coral trout and the return of a guest (and our personal) favourite—our balsamic-glazed Rangers Valley wagyu bavette, inspired by the classic Italian beef tagliata dish. Explore the full menu and discover our thoughtful dietary alternatives below!
