From humble beginnings in 2013, Rogue Bistro has evolved through many eras, most recently establishing ourselves as a destination known for our rotating degustation menu. Our intention has always been simple: to offer an inviting, welcoming approach to fine dining, offering thoughtful food executed with precision.

Rogue Bistro and The Refinery were created by owner-operators and husband-and-wife duo Dan and Rach Myers. Alongside our General Manager, Sione Manu, and Head Chef, Cam Mcleod, we have a curated a unique dining experience that offers innovative and exciting menus, genuine hospitality and knowledgable service — an experience that stands apart to others of our kind.

Our April menu embraces the changing season with a perfect balance of sticky textures and fresh, earthy and herbaceous flavours.

Fresh to the Rogue menu is a delicious hybrid of two desserts: the basque cheesecake and the créme brûlée. Our roasted vanilla basque cheesecake is baked til gooey, chilled, brûléed and served alongside our popcorn icecream — need we say more?
