From humble beginnings in 2013, Rogue Bistro has evolved through many eras, most recently establishing ourselves as a destination known for our rotating degustation menu. Our intention has always been simple: to offer an inviting, welcoming approach to fine dining, offering thoughtful food executed with precision.

We offer seven thoughtfully considered dietary menus so that (almost!) everyone can go #GoRogue and enjoy a degustation tailored to their needs. Each guest can choose their preferred menu, offering an inclusive dining affair for all.

Different from others of our kind
Rogue Bistro and The Refinery were created by owner-operators and husband-and-wife duo Dan and Rach Myers. Alongside our General Manager, Sione Manu, and Head Chef, Cam Mcleod, we have a curated a unique dining experience that offers innovative and exciting menus, genuine hospitality and knowledgable service — an experience that stands apart to others of our kind.

Our March menu embraces the changing season with a perfect balance of fresh, earthy, and herbaceous flavours.
