The Dego Menu
All guests must dine on our $120pp set menu, with the minimum age requirement being five years old.
We offer a range of dietary-friendly and we can accommodate for a combination of any of the menus listed (eg. GF/DF Vegetarian). Beyond these set dietary menus, unfortunately we are unable to make further alterations to the menu to cater for general preferences, nut allergies or other allergies. Any changes to dietary menu requests must be made no later than 2pm on the day of your booking.
Sitting TImes & Groups
We have a strict 2-hour sitting time for all reservations. There is an outdoor bar area for drinks if you’d like to join us earlier or stay a little longer.
There is a firm maximum of 8 guests per group. Please note, we do not allow any balloons or table decorations to be brought in.
Cancellation Policy & Surcharges
Credit card details are required to secure your reservation; however no charge is taken at the time of booking. A cancellation fee of $60pp applies for cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation, and for any no-shows.
All Saturday and Sunday reservations incur a 4.5% surcharge. A 1.65% surcharge applies for all EFTPOS transactions. There will be no additional public holiday surcharges over Easter and Anzac Day.
Accessibility
Please inform us if any guests require wheelchair access or have any accessibility needs as our upstairs dining area is accessible only via one flight of stairs.
Indoor Dining Room
Immerse yourselves in the buzz of the restaurant, seated in our main dining area indoors, alongside our open kitchen and bar.

Upstairs Dining Room
For a more intimate dinner, consider our upstairs dining room. This area is accessible only by stairs, kindly choose another dining area if you or your guests require wheelchair access or have other accessibility needs.
Suitable for parties of 2-3 guests
Outdoor Patio
Enjoy relaxed dining in our covered outdoor area. While it’s protected from rain, please keep in mind you will be seated outside. Heaters are provided in winter, and fans in the summer. We offer the option of booth or counter seating in this area.

Courses will be served faster than usual to catch you up to others in the same sitting.
We are fully licensed and offer an extensive wine list. However, if you wish to bring in something specific for a special occasion, we welcome this with a corkage fee of $100 per bottle.

Unfortunately we do not have on-site parking, however, there is ample street parking on Austin St and surrounding blocks. These street parks are free on weekends and paid until 5-7pm on weekdays. Please do not park in any surrounding private properties!
The largest table we can cater for is 8 guests. Unfortunately we do not accept any larger bookings and we do not have a private dining area.

Children are welcome at Rogue with a minimum age requirement of five years old. As we do not offer a children's menu, all guests requiring a seat must partake in our set degustation menu, priced at $120pp.
